It won't run if your laptop's off though (solutions here) although it only needs to run once every few attempts. The result has been the same however, after the version number is 15.21.1 or above, my license shows Retail License and I have to sign in to a prompt window to open Outlook. Install the sku-less 15.22 pkg installer, run serializer.
